Dr. Keivan Jinnah is a licensed Naturopathic physician, acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. Dr. Jinnah has an advanced natural medicine practice providing diagnosis, treatment and an understanding of complex health challenges from a holistic perspective.

Dr. Jinnah’s care focuses on the treatment of the patient rather than the disease label. He works with his patients to help bring them to a state of greater overall health, through following the principles of natural healing and by listening to the innate wisdom of the body.

Dr. Jinnah has specialties in the areas of treating chronic liver disease, multiple sclerosis and auto-immune disease. He himself was diagnosed with MS in 1998.

Dr. Jinnah graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in 1998 with both his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicne (N.D.) and his Master’s in the Science of Oriental Medicine (M.S.O.M.). He has been in private practice in Portland Oregon since 1998.

Dr. Jinnah is a faculty member at NCNM, where he teaches Naturopathic hepatology. He was an advisory member of the Oregon State Viral Hepatitis Planning Group and sits on the medical advisory board of the national publication Liver Health Today. He speaks frequently to patient and doctors’ groups on the natural treatment of liver disease, multiple sclerosis, auto-immune disease, and other chronic illnesses. He believes very deeply in the body’s innate ability to heal and how Naturopathic and Chinese medicine can help in that healing.

Dr. Jinnah has studied the ancient Taoist healing arts and wisdom traditions with Master Zhongxian Wu from China since 2005.

Dr. Jinnah founded Brooklyn Natural Health Clinic in 2003 and continues to serve as its clinic director.

Dr. Jinnah lives in Portland Oregon with his wife, their two very energetic children, their dog and their cat and may be found early on weekend mornings doing Taiji or Qigong in one of the local parks.
